It is Spring - thus was have rain, hail, sunshine, and cats lounging about, keeping an eye on the neighborhood. I've always been obsessed with those "NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH" signs and the shadow-y, detective figures that adorn them. They should just put on a picture of a cat instead, but I suppose a cat isn't nearly as intimidating as a shadow figure with a single hole for an eye.
