Top Albums in South Sound Area Goodwills for the week of July 4th through the 11th.
It was a tight race to the top this week, as Tom Jones "Live in Las Vegas" took a giant plummet from the #1 spot, after more then a few individuals in the area bought the Jones LP's due to a recent Volkswagon commercial featuring his rendition of "Love Me Tonight". The classical music compilation 120 Masterpieces featuring an elegant couple watching an orchestra from a balcony maintains its reign on the charts with the 73rd straight week in the top 5! A plethora of Slim Whitman greatest hits compilations have recently surfaced in various locations, making Mr. Whitman our surprise chart-topper of the week. Congratulations!

Wow - I am stunned by the failure of both Seals & Crofts, and Loggins & Messina, to make this week's Top 10. No Pablo Cruise either. In fact, it's only because of thrift stores that I even know any of the above artists existed!
